GLADSTONE — The annual Whiskey Fest at Linden Square, 602 NE 70th St., starts with check-in at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12. Whiskey tastings will be available from 5 to 8 p.m.

Whiskey Fest features samplings from local and national distillers. A purchased tasting ticket will give participants 10 tastings. The first 500 tickets purchased will receive a commemorative whiskey glass. There is also a VIP experience that includes a total of 20 tastings, a commemorative whiskey glass and access to the private tent for an exclusive five tastings of whiskeys from around the world along with food pairings from Dutzel’s Catering & Events.

There will also be food trucks on site and pop-up bars from Diamond Girls Bartending and Fence Stiles Winery for those that want to purchase drinks by the glass.

The Linden Square stage will feature entertainment from Outlaw Jim and The Whiskey Benders; Silver Bullet KC, a Bob Seger Tribute band; and a performance from Terry Gann.
