A free online class from North Kansas City Hospital called “Heart RX: Your Guide to Managing Heart Failure Medications” will be at noon Thursday, Aug. 22.
The class will detail essential information in controlling heart failure symptoms, improving heart function and reducing complications. Attendees will find out about medications, tips, what side effects may look like and how to communicate with health care providers. The event is being offered online by Haleigh Stolte, a North Kansas City Hospital clinical pharmacy specialist.
