CLAY COUNTY — The Northland Clothing Center, 3939 N. Cleveland Avenue, is currently in need of clothing for boys and men.
“We are in dire need of specific clothing so we can help the hundreds of children and families coming to us this fall,” said Marjie Siegfried-Stuber, executive director. “We provide clothing completely free of charge. We’ve been helping people in the Northland since 1959, and we can’t help without the help of generous donors.”
The needs for boys include long-sleeved shirts sizes 7-8, 10-12 and 14-16 as well as jeans sizes 7 and 7-8 plus boys’ sweatshirts, sizes 7-8.
Sweatpants are needed in waist sizes 34 and larger.
For men, long-sleeved shirts sizes small, medium, large, and extra large; men’s short-sleeved shirts size large; men’s sweatshirts sizes large, extra large and 2XL; and coats and jackets 18-20 and up.
Donations can be dropped off between 9 and 11:30 a.m. every Tuesday and Wednesday and the first Saturday of each month.
