GLADSTONE — Dr. Robert Marx had a vision in 1989 that all children should receive proper dental care so he founded Have a Heart Day at his dental practice located at 5708 N. Broadway St. Over 3,500 underserved children have been seen and helped throughout the 35 years of the annual day.

This year, Dr. Emily Marx continues her father’s legacy and celebrates 36 years of helping children with their smiles.

Have a Heart Day on Saturday Feb. 15 will provide free dental cleanings and exams to children ages 3 to who are accompanied by a parent or guardian, who are not already receiving regular dental care and who are not already patients in Marx Family Dental offices.
