GLADSTONE — Filing is complete for Gladstone City Council and the North Kansas City School Board and voters will have to decide who represents them for upcoming seats on the April ballot.
For Gladstone City Council, there is one three-year term up with the April 8 election. Incumbent Bill Garnos will face newcomer Molly Marie Gibson on the ballot.
For North Kansas City School Board, there are six candidates for two open seats, each for a three-year term. Candidates are Jason Russell, Aryn Peters, Roy Copeland, Jessica Rezac, Daniel Wartick and Carolyn Mason. The two with the most votes will win election.
