GLADSTONE — There is roughly two months before Gladfest 45, the fall festival that will take place Oct. 4 to 6.

Gladstone Area Chamber of Commerce staff is gearing up for the family-fun event by scheduling a planning meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, at the Gladstone Area Chamber of Commerce office, 6910 N. Holmes St.

Along with opportunities for members to help plan this year’s festival, the chamber also seeks event sponsorships. Different levels of donation will secure sponsors an appearance on chosen event space or on banners as part of festival signage.
