Born July 11, 1926, to James Edward Berry and Myrtle May Estes (Mellies) in Cowgill Missouri. She grew up in Richmond Missouri. Frances married Cyrus Jr See in 1944. She worked in Lee Summit Missouri, at Western Electric. Frances was a member of the Pioneers of America Club.
 Frances Louise See and Cyrus Jr See had one daughter, Judy Kay Carrico (See). Frances was preceded by her husband Cyrus, her mom (Myrtle) and her dad (James). She was also preceded by brothers Billy Gene Berry, Leslie Edward Berry, Robert Helmns, Wilber Dean Estes, and Norman Lee Estes.
 She leaves behind her daughter Judy Kay Carrico; and grandchildren Mark David Carrico and Debbie Kay Smart (Carrico). She also leaves behind great-grandchildren: Samantha Kay Dechene, Stephen Brian Ramirez, and Michael Jarod Ramirez; and great-great-grandchildren: Mason Joseph Carrico, Carter James Dechene, Lila Elizabeth Carrico, Maple Kay Dechene, Elizah Dechene, Ashton Dean Ramirez, and Millie May Ramirez.
 Funeral service will be held on January 14th, 2025, at 11:00 at Bross & Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, MO with visitation from 10-11 prior to the service. The burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Excelsior Springs.
 Memorial donations can be given to Hillcrest Cemetery, in lieu of flowers.
