GLADSTONE — The city of Gladstone has a community survey on the city website to gather resident feedback on city programs and services. The information requested in this survey will be used to improve and expand existing programs and determine future needs.

Survey data will be compiled and analyzed by the ETC Institute, a leading firm in the field of local governmental research. The firm will present the results to city leadership this fall. Responses to the survey will remain confidential.
