GLADSTONE — The 12th Annual Down Syndrome Breakfast sponsored by Elks Lodge No. 2376 will be from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, at the lodge, 7010 N. Cherry St. in Gladstone.

All funds generated from the breakfast and raffle prizes are donated to the Down Syndrome Guild of Kansas City. Funds are used to prepare educational materials for children diagnosed with Down Syndrome and their parents and clothing and hygiene items for the child.

The all-you-can-eat breakfast will include scrambled eggs, pancakes. sausage, ham, bacon, hash browns, biscuits and gravy and fresh fruit.
