Red Cross blood drives this month

The American Red Cross urges donations of blood, especially type O negative blood donors and those giving platelets, to keep critical blood products on the shelves for patients in need.

To book a time to donate, visit RedCrossBlood.org, download the Red Cross Blood Donor App, or call (800) RED CROSS.

For the sixth year, the Red Cross and the National Football League are partnering in January for National Blood Donor Month to encourage donations. Those who donate through Jan. 26 will be entered for a chance to win a Super Bowl LIX giveaway. For full details, visit RedCrossBlood.org/SuperBowl.
