The Gladstone Dispatch is a 15,500-circulation weekly newspaper in the heart of the Northland of the greater Kansas City area, providing news you can use about Gladstone and the surrounding community.
The Dispatch is part of NPG Newspapers’ highly regarded group of newspapers published in Clay County, Missouri. Its sister publication is the Courier-Tribune. In addition to the weekly editions of each newspaper, the group also produces various specialty publications throughout the year. Northland Family, with a family medical guide inside, is a regular addition to the paper the first week of each month.
The group also produces various glossy specialty publications, such as Living in Clay County and the Northland Healthcare Directory, as well as custom print jobs for local businesses, nonprofit groups and government agencies.
The Gladstone Dispatch, in conjunction with the Courier-Tribune, conducts the Best of the Northland contest each year, recognizing more than 300 businesses, organizations and individuals selected by newspaper readers as the best in their fields. Write-in voting is conducting in the spring, and winners are announced at an awards reception and in a special publication in the summer.
