United Development Company of Southlake Texas purchased the 29-acre property formerly known as Barry Towne Center from the Morgan and Davis builder-developer families of Kansas City in February of 2017. The development is now a mixed-used retail center.
United Development Company along with their development partner Falcon Realty Advisors invested over $30 million in upgrades to the established 16-acre retail center with plans to invest an additional $30 million in developing the remaining 13 acres on the east side of the center.
Twin Creeks Center is currently managed by Copaken Brooks Commercial Real Estate and leasing is provided by LANE4 Property Group, both of Kansas City.
