No excuse, in-person absentee voting began Tuesday, March 21, at the Clay County Election Board office, 100 W. Mississippi St. in Liberty.
GLADSTONE — A candidate forum for Gladstone City Council candidates on the April ballot will be held Thursday, March 23.
CLAY COUNTY — Voters in Clay County Public Health’s boundaries will have two names to choose from on the April 4 ballot: Debbie Florido and Andrew Pileggi. The winner of the most votes will be elected to a one-year term on the health center’s board of trustees.
CLAY COUNTY — Voters in Clay County Public Health’s boundaries will have three names to choose two from on the April 4 ballot with the two winners being elected to serve a four-year term each on the board of public health. Candidates are challenger John Barth and incumbents Kathy Ellermeier and Lancer Gates.
GLADSTONE — Gladstone City Council incumbents Tina Spallo and Les Smith will be joined on the April ballot by Mike Ebenroth, Sarita Graham and Cody McElroy for election to two seats. The top two vote-getters will serve a three-year term.
