NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION

Notice is hereby given that the South Bristol Center Community
Improvement District (the “District”) has called an election as
follows: (a)
the boundaries of the District are generally described as: a retail and commercial development located on the north side of N.W. Shoal Creek Parkway, N. Summit Street on the west, and Missouri 169 Highway on the east in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, all as legally described in the Petition for Establishment of the South Bristol Center Community Improvement District (the “Petition”) approved by the City Council of the City of Kansas City, Missouri by Ordinance No. 170879 dated November 9, 2017 (the “Creation Ordinance”), containing 13 acres, more or less; (b) to select three (3) directors to serve on the
District's Board of Directors, each to serve a four-year term; (c) the
ballots for the election shall be mailed to qualified voters between
October 15, 2019 and October 19, 2019; (d) the date of the election is October 29, 2019; (e) the qualified voters will consist of the owners of real property located within the District pursuant to the tax records of the Clay County Clerk for real property as of the thirtieth (30th) day prior to the date of the election; (f) persons residing in the District shall
register to vote with the Clay County Election Board (“Election Board”) on or before the thirtieth (30th) day prior to the date of the election
in order to be a qualified voter for purposes of the election; (g) the
ballot must be returned to the Election Board's office in person, or by depositing the ballot in the United States mail addressed to the Election Board's office and postmarked no later than the date of the election; and (h) any qualified voter that did not receive a ballot in the mail or lost the ballot received in the mail may pick up a mail-in ballot at the Election Board's office, 100 West Mississippi Street, Liberty, Missouri, Monday-Friday, except County holidays, during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on or after October 15, 2019.

for whom you wish to vote. Choose three (3) candidates to fill the
three (3) expiring director positions. All persons or entities having a fee ownership in the property shall sign this ballot. Additional signature pages may be affixed to this ballot to accommodate all required
signatures. This ballot must be returned to the election authority's office in person, or by depositing the ballot in the United States mail
addressed to the election authority's office and postmarked, no later than October 29, 2019.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

VACATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY

The City Council of the City of Gladstone, Missouri, will hold a public hearing during its meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. on October 14, 2019, in the City Council Chambers at Gladstone City Hall, 7010 North Holmes, Gladstone Missouri 64118. The hearing is being held pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.120.080 of the Gladstone City Code regarding the vacation of certain right-of-way described herein.

1. A petition for the vacation of right-of-way has been filed with the Gladstone City Clerk.

2. The description of the land where the right-of-way proposed to be vacated is located is as follows:
All of Block Twenty-one (21), together with the East 1/2 of vacated Oakley Avenue lying adjacent to said Block 21 on the West, AND all of the following described tract being that part of the vacated intersection of Oakley Avenue and 11th Street, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block 21; thence North in a line which is the prolongation of the West line of Block 21, a distance of 30 feet to the centerline of 11th Street; thence West 30 feet to the center of the intersection of Oakley Avenue and 11th Street and also the center of Oakley Avenue; thence South in a line parallel to and 30 feet West of the West line of Block 21 and in the centerline of Oakley Avenue, a distance of 30 feet to a point which would be the prolongation of the North line of Block 21; thence East 30 feet to the Northwest corner of Block 21 and the Point of Beginning, all in LINDEN, an addition in and to the City of Gladstone, Clay County, Missouri.

3. A copy of the petition for the vacation of right-of-way is available for review at the office of the Gladstone City Clerk during regular business hours.

4. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.

Elms Hotel Community Improvement District


Notice is hereby given that the Elms Hotel Community Improvement District (“District”) has called for an election as follows: (a) the boundaries of the District are generally described as 401 Regent Avenue, Excelsior Springs, Missouri ; (b) the election is to select five (5)
successor directors to serve on the District’s Board of Directors, each of whom shall serve a four (4) year term; (c) the ballots for the election shall be mailed to qualified voters between November 25, 2019 and November 29, 2019; (d) the date of the election is December 10, 2019; (e) the qualified voters will consist of the owners of real property located within the District pursuant to the tax records of the Clay County Clerk for real property as of the thirtieth (30th) day prior the date of the election; (f) person residing in the District shall register to vote with the Clay County Clerk on or before the thirtieth (30th) day prior to the date of the election in order to be a qualified voter for
purposes of the election; (g) the ballot must be returned to the Clay County Election Board office in person, or by depositing the ballot in the United States mail addressed to the Clay County Election Board and postmarked not later than the date of the election; and (h) any qualified voter that did not receive a ballot in the mail or lost the ballot received in the mail may pick up a mail-in ballot at the Clay County Election Board, 100 W.
